These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OGdelix, including the purchase and sale of gaming accounts, digital items, services, and other digital products listed by OGdelix or independent marketplace sellers.
By browsing the website, creating an account, listing a product, or completing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any rules shown on the relevant product or checkout page.
Digital content can be supplied immediately after payment. By requesting immediate delivery, you expressly ask us to begin performance before any statutory cancellation period ends and acknowledge that your right to withdraw may be lost once delivery begins or the content is made available, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract. If you do not meet these requirements, you may not create an account or place an order.
You may browse public pages without registering. Purchasing, selling, viewing protected delivery information, and using other account features may require registration and additional verification.
We may request identity, address, payment-ownership, or business information from Buyers and Sellers where necessary for marketplace safety, payment processing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
An order, listing, withdrawal, or Account may be placed on hold while verification is pending. Refusing or failing verification may result in cancellation, refund, payout delay, or Account restriction where reasonably necessary.
You are responsible for checking whether a purchase, sale, transfer, or service is permitted by the rules of the relevant game and platform. Publishers may restrict account transfers, virtual-item trading, boosting, or other activities offered by marketplace Sellers.
OGdelix cannot control publisher actions and does not guarantee that a publisher will allow a transaction or refrain from restricting a game account.
Because Products and Services are digital, completed delivery may limit cancellation and refund rights. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
We may correct obvious pricing, fee, tax, currency, stock, or listing errors before fulfilment. If a correction materially changes an order, we will ask you to accept the change or cancel the affected order and return eligible funds.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by country, currency, risk review, and payment provider. Banks and payment providers may charge separate conversion or processing fees.
Seller fees, reserves, payout schedules, and deductions are shown in the applicable seller terms or dashboard. We may delay a payout while an order, dispute, chargeback, verification, or security review remains open.
Contact OGdelix Support before starting an external payment dispute so we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate delivery evidence and resolve the issue. A chargeback is not a substitute for a valid refund request.
Fraudulent, duplicate, or abusive chargebacks may lead to Account restriction and recovery of direct losses, fees, or amounts lawfully owed. Nothing here limits a right you cannot waive under applicable law.
OGdelix is provided on an "as available" basis. We work to keep the marketplace reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every third-party listing, Seller, payment provider, game service, or platform will always be available or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OGdelix is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, publisher enforcement, third-party outages, or losses caused by a User's conduct. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
The OGdelix name, interface, original copy, graphics, and software are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit them without permission, except where the law allows it.
Users retain responsibility for content they submit and grant OGdelix a limited licence to host, display, moderate, and use that content as needed to operate and promote the marketplace. You must have the rights required to upload or list it.
Game titles, logos, characters, items, and related marks belong to their respective owners. References on OGdelix identify compatibility or the subject of a listing and do not imply sponsorship, partnership, approval, or endorsement by Epic Games, Valve, Riot Games, Activision Blizzard, Electronic Arts, Ubisoft, or any other publisher or platform operator.
You may stop using OGdelix at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or close an Account when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks, legal requirements, harmful conduct, repeated disputes, or a material breach of these Terms.
Termination does not erase obligations already incurred. We may retain transaction records, preserve evidence, complete refunds or payouts, and cooperate with lawful requests as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you have a concern, contact [email protected] first so we can try to resolve it. These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the OGdelix operator and your transaction, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence.
Any court or alternative dispute-resolution rights that cannot legally be limited remain available. Business Users agree that disputes will be handled in the competent courts of the OGdelix operator's place of establishment unless agreed otherwise in writing.
We may update these Terms to reflect marketplace features, legal requirements, safety practices, or business changes. The current version and effective date will be posted here. Material changes will be communicated where required, and continued use after they take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies incorporated into them form the agreement governing your use of OGdelix.
