Effective 5 September 2026
OGdelix is built around respect, fairness, integrity, accountability, inclusion, collaboration, and professionalism. We want Buyers, Sellers, gamers, visitors, contractors, and team members to feel safe and to be treated with dignity.
We welcome people regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, age, disability, religion, appearance, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, language, gaming experience, or other protected characteristic. Participation remains subject to this Code, our Terms, and applicable law.
We care deeply about games and gaming communities. That means rejecting scams, toxicity, harassment, hacking, griefing, win trading, account theft, service disruption, and conduct that makes gaming less safe for others.
This Code applies to everyone interacting with OGdelix through listings, orders, reviews, support, dispute systems, applications, social channels, events, and other spaces organised or operated by us.
The Code protects you and also requires you to follow the same standards. It applies to online and offline conduct when that conduct has a meaningful connection to OGdelix, its Users, team, or marketplace activities.
Anyone who experiences, witnesses, or reasonably suspects a violation can report it to OGdelix Support. If there is an immediate threat to life or physical safety, contact local emergency services first.
Send reports from the email associated with your Account where possible. Include the relevant order or listing ID, usernames, dates, a clear description, and original screenshots or other evidence. Do not obtain evidence through hacking, harassment, or another violation.
OGdelix does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who makes a good-faith report, provides information, refuses to participate in misconduct, or assists a review. Retaliation can include threats, account recovery attempts, review abuse, exclusion, doxxing, payment abuse, or pressure to withdraw a report.
Report suspected retaliation promptly. We will consider it separately from the original incident and may apply additional restrictions.
We assess reports in proportion to their seriousness, urgency, available evidence, risk, history, and the rights of everyone involved. We may secure an Account or order, preserve records, request information, interview involved people, consult providers or advisers, and refer urgent or unlawful matters to authorities.
We aim to handle information discreetly, but cannot promise absolute confidentiality. Details may need to be shared with the person reported, service providers, advisers, or authorities to investigate, protect safety, enforce policies, or comply with law. We may not be able to disclose every action or finding.
Anyone asked to stop unacceptable conduct must comply immediately. Measures depend on severity, context, intent, impact, cooperation, and previous conduct.
Where appropriate, Users may explain relevant context or challenge a moderation or enforcement decision by contacting Support. Include the decision, Account or order ID, and any new evidence. Repeated messages without new information may not receive a separate review.
An appeal does not automatically pause a safety restriction, transaction hold, or legal obligation. OGdelix may maintain interim measures while a review is active.
OGdelix aims to operate responsibly and with respect for internationally recognised principles on human rights, fair work, ethical business, environmental responsibility, and anti-corruption. These principles guide our decisions but do not replace applicable law or create rights beyond those provided by contract and law.
We may update this Code as the marketplace, community risks, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be posted here. Additional rules may apply to particular products, services, events, or communication channels.
Questions or reports about this Code can be sent to [email protected]. This Code complements our Terms of Service and other policies. If rules conflict, mandatory law applies first, followed by the more specific policy for the situation.
